Cambridge Society of York are delighted to invite you to their very special 80th-Anniversary dinner at the Merchant Taylors' Hall, with guest speaker Sir Christopher Dobson, Master of St John's College.
Cambridge Society of York's President, His Grace, Dr John Sentamu, the Archbishop of York, will also be in attendance and it is hoped many members, supporters and guests will be joining the Society as they celebrate an incredible anniversary.
Join the group for a sparkling wine reception at 7pm, followed by dinner at 7.45pm.

Local asparagus wrapped in Parma ham & grilled mozzarella OR (V) Local asparagus with citrus hollandaise sauce

Roast sirloin of beef with Yorkshire pudding, buttered carrots, steamed broccoli, honey roast parsnips & roasted baby new potatoes OR (V) Mushroom Wellington with Yorkshire pudding, buttered carrots, steamed broccoli, honey roast parsnips & roasted baby new potatoes.
Dessert
Eton-mess with fresh strawberries served with a shortbread biscuit
Fruit salad is available as an alternative dessert or a cheese board can be served instead of the dessert course if pre-ordered

There is limited car parking available at the venue, for anyone with mobility needs. Please make this clear on your booking form and you will receive a parking permit. There is a large car park off Lord Mayor's Walk, only 5 minutes away.
