This network of over 100 conservation leaders from over 60 countries has issued a joint call to nations to take urgent action to end the global extinctions crisis. Our call is in response to the recently released “Zero Draft” plan for a post-2020 strategy to save nature issued by the United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity. They believe that governments must show bold leadership at every level to tackle the root causes of the extinctions crisis, including limitless consumption, collectively.
