Zurich - How to cook "Nose to Tail"
Alumni and guests are invited to join the Oxford and Cambridge Club of Zurich for an evening of cooking the motto of the evening is "Nose to Tail". We advise that is event is not for vegetarians or vegans - or carnivores who shun the exciting potential of innards. Everyone will be joining in on the cooking, the eating, and the cleaning up at the end of the evening.
We will be cooking e.g. a sweetbread soup, steak and kidney pie and a beef heart with chimichurri sauce and a special kind of brownies.
