Join the Norfolk Cambridge Society for a walk in the morning (duration approximately one and a half hours) followed by lunch and then a visit to nearby Thorington Outdoor Theatre for an afternoon performance of The Tempest or a stroll around Southwold, following in the footsteps of George Orwell. 

The Blyth estuary near Southwold and big Suffolk skies have a certain beauty. There are plenty of swallows at the moment. An egret and a marsh harrier have been spotted in the last few days.
