Join Alumni and guests for a day featuring several private tours of notable Harrogate features. All the venues are within the immediate vicinity of each other and the underlying theme is the spa heritage of Harrogate.  

10.15 - Gather at The MERCER Art Gallery 31 Swan Road HG2 2SA for tea/coffee and biscuits/cake.                          

10.45 - Conducted tour of MERCER Art Gallery (two exhibitions: A Portrait of Harrogate; Linescapes by Ian Mitchell). Followed by a conducted tour of PUMP ROOM Museum Crown Place HG1 2RY

13.00 - Lunch at WILLIAM AND VICTORIA Restaurant 6 Cold Bath Road HG2 0NA  (pay for what you order).                                                         

14.30 - Conducted tour of listed VALLEY GARDENS

15.30 - Finish at Valley Gardens café.

There is an exhibition of railway posters and paintings of historic buildings at The Mercer which is the original town hall; the historic spa pump room for taking the waters; the Victorian/Edwardian Valley Gardens for enjoying the fresh air and gentle exercise.
