Alumni and guests are invited to join the Oxford and Cambridge Society of Hamburg for dinner, followed with a talk by Lother Wieler, President of the Robert Koch Institute and an internationally renowned expert on infectious diseases. Prof. Wieler has agreed to offer us his insights into the risks posed by pandemics and bio-terrorism - and into how governments and health authorities can make sure societies are as well prepared as possible to deal with such risks
