The CERN Croquet Club have kindly confirmed that we may use their lawns (sharing with any member who comes - with any luck to help)
CERN Club members have volunteered to provide advice and demonstrate (and you to try) the other activities played on the lawns, lawn bowls and gateball.
Barbeque facilities are available; members bring their own provisions. There are utensils, plates, glasses and washing up facilities at the Club. The event is suitable for families. Very reasonably priced drinks are available from the self-service club bar, to be reckoned and settled with Ian Gordon. You are of course also free to bring your own refreshments.
It is planned to start the BBQ from 13
Booking information
Please provide full names, nationality, date of birth and car reg. of those planning to attend in order to obtain day passes which I shall lodge on the day with the CERN guards so that you may gain access. I would rather register a few who in the end cannot make it (though please let me know) than have you turned away at the gate.

The location is the CERN site de Prevessin. on the D35 from Ferney towards St Genis, or from the route de Meyrin, on the C11 (first right after the frontier)
