The Cambridge China Alumni Network warmly invites new students starting a course at Cambridge this autumn for informal drinks in China before the start of term. This is a great opportunity to prepare for university and make new friends before you arrive.

You can expect to meet alumni, recent graduates and current students, from whom you can get tips and advice for living and studying at Cambridge. 

There will also be a presentation titled Manage your life's risk by Gary (Ligong) Yang and a question and answer session. 

Refreshments: your first drink is included in your ticket price. All further refreshments can be purchased from the venue 

Guests: you are welcome to bring a guest (such as a parent, guardian or friend)

Dress code: wear whatever you feel comfortable in
