Once again we are starting to prepare for the Oxbridge Boat Races that will take place on Sunday, 26 March. 2023. Laurent and Cathy Frideres have very kindly agreed to open their lovely house with the multiplex television screens so that we can get a prime view of the races. The Women’s race starts at 4.00pm BST and the Men’s race at 5.00pm.

This will as in previous years be a family event, members of the Oxford and Cambridge Societies will be invited to attend with children. We are hoping that Rakesh and Apricot - who is now resident in Edinburgh! - will provide us with the challenge of a light-hearted quiz as we prepare for the races to start.
