The Cambridge Society of South Wales invites alumni and guests to join their festive lunch at the historic Aberdare Hall, founded in 1885.

Get to know other alumni living in the South Wales area over a three-course lunch and drinks.

Homemade roast vine tomato soup with fresh bread
Sweet potato falafel salad with coriander leaf and apricot dressing
Duck liver and candied orange pate and toasted sourdough bread
Smoked salmon with lemon and dill dressing on a watercress salad

Main course
Christmas roast turkey with pork, cranberry and apple stuffing served with all the festive trimmings
Roast beef with Yorkshire pudding and horseradish served with roast potatoes, glazed carrots, Brussels sprouts, honeyed parsnips and roast gravy
Poached salmon with salsa verdi served with new potatoes, petit pois, watercress and lemon
Homemade mushroom and spinach wellington served with roast potatoes, glazed carrots, Brussels sprouts, honeyed parsnips and vegan gravy
