Deadline for registering your Freshers' Event
The deadline for registering your event is on/before Wednesday 13 July 2022. It will not be possible to register an event after this date. Only registered events will be promoted by the Collegiate University.
How to register your event
- Familiarise yourself with the mandatory guidelines, to ensure your event can be registered.
- Complete an event registration form on/before Wednesday 13 July 2022. Please note that there are different forms for online and in-person events.
- You will be contacted by a member of the Alumni Engagement team by email to confirm that your event has been registered. Your event is not registered, and will not be promoted, until you have received this confirmation from us. You might be asked to provide any missing registration information, so please respond to our emails promptly.
Making changes to your registered event
Please avoid making changes to your event once it has been registered, because it will not be possible to amend publicity materials that have already been printed and circulated, such as to the Colleges and the International Student Office.
If changes are unavoidable, please contact the Alumni Engagement team with urgency and we will do our best to accommodate them. Please notify/remind attendees of any changes at the time of their booking.
