Alumni and guests are invited to join the Cambridge Society of Washington DC for their 2023 Burns Night Supper.

For the first time since 2019, Cantab DC will be celebrating Burns Night! Join dozens of your fellow alumni in a light-hearted evening that celebrates the life and poetry of the Bard of Scotland. There will be British food (standard and vegetarian options available), original and auld poetry, great conversation, and a Haggis! 

Dress code is semi-formal with tartans and kilts encouraged! The Cosmos Club expects that gentlemen wear jackets, dress slacks, a collared long-sleeved shirt (tucked-in) or turtleneck at all times. Ladies are expected to dress in an equivalent fashion, which means dresses, suits, skirts or dress slacks with jackets or tops of equivalent formality. Leggings or tights must be worn with skirts, dresses, or long jackets. Military uniforms and national dress of equivalent formality are also acceptable.
