Both Light Blue teams will be looking to repeat last year's convincing victories over their Oxford counterparts. Former Bristol flanker Nick Koster (Queens') captains Cambridge's men and international rugby ambassador Kate Marks (Murray Edwards) captains the Light Blue women. Both Cambridge captains are veterans of last year's Varsity fixtures.

CPD Lunch Seminars

A choice of two insightful seminars led by academics from the Cambridge Judge Business School: Develop Resilience with Dr Philip Stiles and Plan for Succession with Dr Allègre Hadida. The seminars will begin at 1.15pm after the end of the Women’s Varsity Match and will finish in time for the beginning of the Men’s Varsity Match at 3.00pm.

Tickets includes:

• Category 1 match tickets in the middle of the East Stand
• Lunch with wine and coffee
• Talks and discussion from the speaker panel, including Q&A
• 1.5 CPD points

The Varsity Gathering

The Varsity Gathering will take place in the Rose Suite in the South Stand at Twickenham, which will be open from 10.30am to 6.30pm. This gathering will provide spectacular views of the action as well as being a wonderful opportunity to catch up with friends and alumni from Oxford and Cambridge.  

On the day:

• 30th anniversary of the Women’s Varsity Match celebration moment with Karena Vleck and Rachel Shaw (Cambridge) and Sue Day (Oxford), as well as current internationals Abbie Scott and Rachael Burford, complete with complimentary pastries and Prosecco in the morning
• Pay bar open all day
• Speeches from former Home Nations Internationals, British and Irish lions Varsity Match players, Simon Halliday (Oxford) and Damian Hopley (Cambridge)
• Jazz band from 4.45pm
