Dear members, I am pleased to announce that for the first time in four years we will be returning to the regular venue for our Christmas Party, The International House of Japan in Roppongi (https://www.i-house.or.jp/eng/). The party will take place on Monday, 11th December (18:30 – 21:00) in the same room as always, the Kabayama Room, which opens onto IHJ’s renowned garden. Please find further information attached in the PDF at the end of this listing.
 
The one-guest-per-member rule applies, except in the case of immediate family members (spouse, children ≥18 years old, parents). The deadline for applications to attend is Thursday, 7th December. As usual, I will acknowledge all replies by email, so please let me know if you do not receive an acknowledgement within three working days of sending in your application. The room is fairly large, but there is a possibility of oversubscription: early replies are recommended. 
 

 

Annual subscriptions (5,000 yen) are due on 15th January. The Treasurer will send out a payment request in December, but those attending the Christmas Party are welcome to remit their subscription together with the attendance fee if they would like to do so.
