This four-week mindfulness course provides a thorough grounding in the fundamentals of mindfulness and meditation, and insight into how to apply it in everyday life.

Each week will explore a different theme: Keeping Calm, Improving Attention, Productive Decisions and Better Sleep.

This course is taught by Dr Elizabeth English, who also teaches mindfulness courses at Cambridge University.
