The Cambridge Society of Australia (Victoria) has secured a group booking of 15 (B Reserve) tickets to Sir Andrew’s Messiah. This performance of Handel's Messiah by the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra and soloists will take place at Hamer Hall.

Sir Andrew Davis CBE studied at the Royal Academy of Music and King’s College, Cambridge, where he was an organ scholar and graduated in 1967. He is conductor laureate of the Toronto Symphony Orchestra, Melbourne Symphony Orchestra and the BBC Symphony Orchestra. Sir Andrew’s previous roles include Chief conductor of BBC, music director and principal conductor of the Lyric Opera of Chicago and Music Advisor to the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra.

The concert starts at 5pm with optional pre-drinks at Barre, Arts Centre, from 3:30pm. Drinks at bar prices.
