Luxembourg: Tripartite Gala Dinner
A Tripartite Gala Dinner hosted by The Oxford University Society of Luxembourg, The Cambridge Society of Luxembourg, and the LSE Alumni Association of Luxembourg
Weather permitting, we will enjoy the aperitif and nibbles on the terrace before moving on to the newly refurbished banquet room.
Dinner will begin with a special treat in the shape of a short and festive musical intermezzo by the critically acclaimed Duo Natalia.
Menu
Amuse-bouches : Feuilleté fromage and Friand ricotta épinards
Entrée: Meat: Vitello tonnato
Fish: Ceviche de bar, grenade, mangue, oignon rouge, coriandre
Veg: Carpaccio de tomates, parmesan, pesto basili
Main course: Meat: Mignon de veau, sauce choron, légumes de saison, pommes Anna
Fish: Filet de daurade royale, épinards poilés, poivrons braisés, pommes de terre grenaille
Veg: Carpaccio de betteraves cuites en croûte de sel, huile d’aneth
Dessert: Dessert-1: Dame Blanche à la Vanille de Madagascar, Chocolat Valrhona,
Crème Montée
Dessert-2: Tartelette aux fruits rouges
Accompagnement: Pain de chez Pains & Tradition du Luxembourg; beurre maison.
Beverages: Aperitif: crémant or rosé and soft drinks
Wines: white, rosé or red wine served with the meal
On request beer (including non-alcoholic) will be available
Coffee/tea
Open to alumni and their spouses/ partners/ friends
Places are allocated equally between the three societies
Dress code: blacktie/ eveningwear preferred. A lounge suit is acceptable.

If you have paid your membership subscription for 2025, please send an email to Mette Ahlefeldt-Laurvig on , with cc's to jan.koenighaus@KKR.lu and sam.vinandylau@gmail.com, with a copy to secretary@cambridgesociety.lu and pit.breyer@icloud.com informing them/us of:
· Name and University
· Choice of menu for starter, main course and dessert
· Number of tickets and names of partners/guests
If you have not yet paid your membership subscription, you must first do that, informing me at secretary@cambridgesociety.lu, copied to pit.breyer@icloud.com and rakeshbhana@yahoo.com. Once we have received your subscription, you can send the email to Mette Ahlefelt-Laurvig et al as described above.
To avoid disappointment, we strongly encourage you to book early and ensure payment. Once a society’s quota is filled, further requests will be put on a waiting list and re-allocated as space allows. Please note that cancellations from 12 June 2025 onwards cannot be reimbursed.
