Friday 17th May - a walking quiz/challenge around Holborn and Chancery Lane

For those of you who would like to combine a summer evening walk around London with your amateur sleuthing skills and concluding with a bite to eat and drink (if your budget will allow of course!) in good company, we have just the event for you on Friday 17 May.

You will explore the area around Holborn and Chancery Lane, in pairs, with the objective of answering a set of questions that will challenge your powers of observation and deduction.

Pairs will leave the Yorkshire Grey pub at 5 minute intervals starting from 5pm with the last pair leaving at 6:15pm (depending on numbers) – the walk should take approximately 90 minutes. The organiser will contact the participants nearer the date about exact departure times from the pub in case you cannot be there for 5pm.

The winners will be the pair with the highest score and in the event of a tie, the pair with the fastest time. Prizes to be won! You can buy food and drink at the pub before your scheduled departure or upon your return.

Come and join us with your "buddy" (each member is allowed one guest) or if you prefer to come alone, we can buddy you up with someone on the day.
