Dear CAM alumni,

Let’s join the 40th Athens Marathon: The Authentic, on 11-12 November 2023 and run with our fellow alumni for an important cause!

If you wish to run in the same block with the Cambridge team, please do not fill in the registration form your time record of a past participation. Please insert in the teams field "Cambridge" and in the remarks section "please insert all registrations of the Cambridge team in the same block".

Once you are registered, we invite you to send us by email at  alumnicambridgegr@gmail.com the road race you joined (i.e., 5km or 10km or the Marathon race) and your mobile phone number to set up a WhatsApp chat group to allow us to further coordinate, meet before and during the race, and offer each other encouragement and support along the way.

For the short distance races of 5km and 10km, a training group will be set up.

For this Marathon, we join forces with the non-profit organization Library4All (Library4all ) that aims to foster the love of reading in children by collecting books for libraries of kindergartens and primary schools across Greece. On a volunteer basis, each runner/alumnus/a can buy one or more books from a list that will be provided, at a bookstore of his/her convenience (details will be announced in time). Our aim is to set up from scratch libraries for two kindergartens in Greece, thus connecting the dots from where it all starts: the road from the kindergarten to the University.
