New South Wales Pub Lunch
New South Wales Pub Lunch
Join us at a special pub lunch hosted by Dr Alan Hellier, Queens' 1977. We have booked a table at the historic Terminus Hotel in Pyrmont, a lovely alternative to our usual evening venues! Legally licensed on Christmas Eve in 1841, The Terminus is one of Sydney's oldest pubs with an eclectic, rich and checkered past. After sitting abandoned for over 30 years, it has been beautifully restored by owners, including Cambridge alumnus Paul Harris (Trinity Hall).
A perfect social afternoon combining excellent food, fascinating conversation, and the unique atmosphere of one of Sydney's most historically significant pubs, now lovingly restored by one of our own Cambridge community. Previous CamSoc social events have been hugely popular - don't miss this opportunity to connect with fellow Cambridge alumni in two fantastic new formats.
Remember, guests are warmly welcome to join us!
