Alumni and guests are invited to join the Cambridge Alumni Club at Frankfurt for a visit to Schloss Wolfsgarten.

Schloss Wolfsgarten is the summer residence of the Dukes of Hessen-Darmstadt, still in private ownership and open only twice a year, around Mothering Sunday and in autumn. It has also some connection with the UK. Prince Philip, formerly the Chancellor of Cambridge University, spent a major part of his youth here.

The Societies will meet at the entrance at 11am. Once inside the ground we can all walk around. I will try to get us a table near the stalls where the Prince of Hessen wine is sold so that we can keep in contact. The last time I was there there was no possibility to reserve some places or put a blanket for picnic on the ground.
