Elvington is the UK's largest independent aviation museum. We are particularly keen to encourage children and grandchildren to attend this visit, and hope that being a weekend, this will encourage those with families to join us.

Everyone is very welcome to participate, whatever age, and we are also particularly keen to welcome those of you who are joining us from the North and West Yorkshire group, which has sadly disbanded. We hope you feel included and part of the Yorkshire Cambridge Alumni Society, and we’re delighted to welcome you.

We will meet at Yorkshire Air Museum, Halifax Way, Elvington, York, YO41 4AU (What3words:
parked.grove.learns) at 10.30am, for a short introductory talk, followed by a guided tour of the museum. After a buffet lunch, you will be free to explore the museum and shop at your leisure. We hope to be able to sing the Yorkshire Anthem as part of our Yorkshire Day traditions, please do familiarise yourself with the words.

Please complete the attached booking form and send it by email to camsocyork@gmail.com with ‘ELVINGTON VISIT’ as the title. The visit costs £40 per person for adults and £30 per child (from 4-17 years) and includes a buffet lunch. Guests are also very welcome to join us.
