Vancouver Island - Garden Party

This event is in the past.

  • Garden Bunting
Hosted by the Vancouver Island Oxford and Cambridge Society
Sunday, 13 August 2017 - 2.00pm to 4.30pm PDT
Open to:
Alumni and guests

Alumni and guests are invited to attend the first child-friendly Vancouver Island Oxford and Cambridge Society (VIOCS) Garden Party to be held from 2:00pm to 4:30pm in the lovely garden of VIOCS President Dr Dorothy Kennedy (Exeter 1997) and Randy Bouchard in Mill Bay.  This will be a wonderful opportunity for VIOCS members of all ages to renew friendships and make new ones.

Join in the games or do absolutely nothing at all while enjoying the splendor of the spectacular plantings which were featured on this year’s Cowichan Valley Garden Tour.

There will be yummy treats for adults and children alike, including lemonade, tea and teatime goodies, the usual cucumber sandwiches, scones with cream and blueberries, etc. and, for the adults, Pimm’s No.1, wine, and beer.

The dress is casual, hats are encouraged, and college and university accessories are appreciated.
