Join the UK’s leading academic on the fascinating Nasca people, Dr David Beresford-Jones (Magdalene College 1999), as he offers an overview of cultural development in the Andes over the millennia, based on an archaeological record just as ancient as that of the so-called “Old World”.

Dr Beresford-Jones is an Affiliated Scholar of the McDonald Institute for Archaeological Research at Cambridge University. For the past 20 years he has directed investigations into ancient human-environment interactions on the south coast of Peru, an area he knows intimately.
