Test your detection skills in a treasure hunt around Tower Hill and Wapping in the Docklands. This makes the perfect location for a treasure hunt, as you will explore the Tower of London, Tower Bridge, views along the Thames, converted historic docks, cobbled streets, historic pubs, works of art, Roman remains, quirky street names and interesting churches. As you explore, the clues will draw your attention to the layers of history beneath our feet.

The treasure hunt combines sharp observation skills, a little bit of lateral thinking, a sense of humour and a little bit of general knowledge. Don’t worry, you do not need to be a trivial pursuit master or University Challenge genius – most of the clues can be solved by looking around you.

The treasure hunt will be capped at 1.5 hours long. Teams will need to follow descriptive geographical directions, solve clues to work out where to go or what to look for, and answer closed questions about the features you find. However, there will also be bonus questions for those who want to stretch themselves!

The treasure hunt will be completed in teams of 2. If you book with someone else then you will be assumed to be a team of 2 and this will be confirmed in the joining instructions. All other attendees will be placed in teams by Caroline.
