The Victoria and Albert Museum is the largest and foremost museum of decorative and applied arts in the world, innovative from day one. Its original purpose was to educate designers, manufacturers and consumers and it continues to fulfil this vision today.

On this highlights tour we’ll explore various galleries in search of the stories behind a number of the museums treasures; we’ll visit the British, Middle Eastern and Asian galleries, view the sculpture and jewellery galleries and the outstanding cast courts.

Among other exhibits, we’ll see the largest carpet in the world, the greatest gift given to the museum by a living artist and a very special tiger.
