Join the Cambridge Society of London for an evening of laughs at The Barons Court Theatre as we see the London premier of Raegan Payne’s award-winning sold-out comedy “Sweet Nothings” immediately followed by an exclusive discussion with Playwright Raegan Payne (Lucy Cavendish) and Associate Director Olivia Gillman (Wolfson).

Like sunshine and flattering leisurewear, it’s the LA transfer London desperately needs this spring.

Hollywood Fringe sell-out comedy “Sweet Nothings,” finally makes its London debut. Four short comedies take audiences through modern romance – from unashamedly pursuing pleasure to dealing with chronic misinformation… we mean lies. Monty Python meets Taylor Swift in this night of love gone wrong, and oh so very right.

Sweet Nothings: Four Short Comedies… like your last relationship
“In a Hole” – 3 women wait to hear from loved ones trapped in a mine. What they hear is the truth.
“Things Unsaid” – A date, translated into English
“Ill-Informed” – Olivia is really bad at living. Oliver is really bad at stalking. Thank god they’re going to meet.
“Sweet Nothings” – Mary has made the most important discovery of her life. Now no one will leave her alone to enjoy it.

The Evening
Guests should arrive at The Barons Court Theatre for the 7:30 pm performance of “Sweet Nothings”. Drinks and food are available before the show at The Curtains Up pub above the theatre, for those that wish to partake. The theatre allows you to bring beverages into the show. Immediately after the show (about 70 minutes), CamSocLon members and their guests will join Raegan, Liv and any available cast and crew for a talkback where members can ask questions about the production and how it was created. The pub is open until 11pm for those who wish to stay and mingle.
