The talk will be over dinner, for which a light menu has been especially created:

Cauliflower tartare and marinated beetroot with almond cream, potato bread chips and cress

Potato-pear risotto topped with pike-perch fillet, shiso cress and pomegranate seeds

Or

Roast-beef rolls stuffed with bacon, shallot, cucumber and mustard by seasonal vegetables and almond mashed potatoes.

The price includes aperitif, water, selected wines as well as coffee after dinner and port at the bar.
