The Vice-Chancellor and fellow alumni cheered on Cambridge in a double win on Board the P.S. Elizabethan in one of the world’s oldest and most famous amateur sporting events: The Annual Boat Race against Oxford!

All in all, it was a fantastic weekend for Cambridge. The Light Blues dominated the results, Goldie won the Men’s Reserve race, and the Cambridge Men’s Lightweight and Women’s Lightweight Crews won on Friday.

The Gemini Boat Race 2024 Poster

Inspired by the iconic 1924 Boat Race produced by Underground Electric Railway Company, this year's poster in an art-deco style incorporates modern twists, reflecting a city that’s undergone dramatic change over the past 100 years. With a vibrant, joyous crowd and a skyline featuring iconic course landmarks as well as tipping its hat to the Race’s London roots, this poster will feel at home on any wall.
