To confirm participation please send an email to Peter Carter (prcarter1111@gmail.com)  indicating names of player(s) and diner(s), copied to Jan Könighaus  (jan.koenighaus@kkr.lu)  and Sir Nicholas Forward (nforwood@gmail.com). If you did not provide your HCP and golf club affiliation in response to the call for interest at the beginning of July, please do so now in your email.

When you receive an acknowledgement from Peter, you will be asked to transfer to the OUSL Bank Account (IBAN LU21 0019 1755 3010 3000 BIC/SWIFT BCEELULLXXX) the appropriate amount for the green fees (€85 per person) .

The detailed arrangements for the supper will follow. As the group will be relatively small we can pay individually on the night. An indicative menu with costs will be available.
