The Berks and Oxon Cambridge Society is long-established, and offers an active programme of excursions, visits, walks etc. (see the "Group Events" tab for details of past and future events).

Although the events are varied, there are certain ones that are more or less fixtures in our calendar:

• an annual get together in the autumn, which is typically a lunch at the Henley Business School at Greenlands with an external speaker

• a brief AGM with a pot luck lunch, which is then followed by a talk or presentation

• a Freshers' event at a bar in Reading

• a weekend away in or around May

Events and outings take place both at weekends and on weekdays, and partners and guests are always welcome.

We have about 250 names on our mailing list and are delighted to see new members. Your status will be verified and then your name will be added to the list.

There is no fee or annual subscription–our expenses are covered by budgeting for a small surplus on events.

COVID-19: At present we are unable to schedule events due to the ongoing health situation, but we are planning to resume as soon as it is safe and practical to do so. Please do check back here for updates!
