The Cambridge Society of New South Wales launches their new Mentorship Program
We're excited to launch the Cambridge Society of NSW's pilot Mentorship Program – a new initiative to help alumni connect, share experience, and support each other's professional and personal development.
The depth of Cambridge talent across Sydney is remarkable: leaders in law, medicine, business, academia, public service and the arts, with experience spanning six decades. This programme puts that to work. Whether you're a recent graduate looking for guidance, a mid-career professional navigating a change, or a seasoned alumnus happy to share what you've learned, it's for you – and the best mentors will tell you they learn as much as they teach.
How It Works
Fill out the short sign-up form below. We'll match mentors and mentees based on your background, goals and preferences, then let pairs coordinate their own meetings, with light-touch check-ins from us along the way so we can support pairs and improve the program as we go. It's designed to be flexible and low-commitment – around 30–60 minutes a month.
What to Expect
- A six-month pilot running July to December 2026
- Pairs meet ideally monthly (to be agreed with your mentor) – coffee, Zoom, or however suits you
- A virtual launch event in July to get started
- A Mentorship Tips guide with conversation starters to help along the way
Who Can Join?
All CamSoc NSW financial members are welcome. You can sign up as a mentor, a mentee, or indicate you're happy with either role.
