The Tokyo Chapter of CAMentrepreneurs has been formally launched to support entrepreneurs, investors and builders within the Cambridge community in Japan.
Co-founded by Maurizio Raffone, Go Masuda and Tomomi Ishida, the chapter aims to provide a practical, high-signal platform for alumni involved in venture building, investment, and innovation across sectors.
The group held its first informal kick-off gathering in Tokyo, bringing together about 15 alumni from diverse professional backgrounds, including technology, finance, startups and academia. The evening focused on introductions, sharing current projects, and discussing how the chapter can create meaningful value for members.
With strong initial engagement and a growing membership base, the Tokyo Chapter aims to foster a supportive and intellectually rigorous environment for Cambridge alumni engaged in entrepreneurship in Japan.
