Oxford and Cambridge Society of New England

Oxford and Cambridge Society of New England

Welcome to the Group profile of the Oxford and Cambridge Society of New England. Each year the Society holds formal dinners with after dinner speakers, reception and talks in its distinguished alumni series, as well as more informal events including theatre and museum visits, pub nights, a boat race and cricket matches. Most of these events are held in and around metropolitan Boston, MA.

Membership: is open to alumni and friends of Oxford University and Cambridge University. For most of us, just the opportunity to meet our fellow members is in itself a sufficient reason to join the Society. But equally the opportunities to socialize, network, be entertained and educated are part of what makes the society vibrant. And, our formal dinners also provide a little nostalgia for those years in college. Members are welcome to bring spouses and guests to the events. We also have an affiliation with the Algonquin Club of Boston giving our members the option to join this organization more economically.See the membership page for more details.

All of the Society's events are run totally by volunteers. This dedicated and diligent group plans, coordinates and organizes each function. If you would like to help out and get involved please let us know.
