The dinner will be taking place on February 4th, 2023 at Zunfthaus zur Waag. The evening will commence at 19:00 with welcome drinks, followed by a dinner that will hopefully bring back good memories and make new ones.

The dinner will be 3 courses, and includes a welcome drink and coffee & tea.

• Terrine of Bio salmon mango-ginger-chutney
• Roasted fillet of Angus-Beef truffled potato puree and vegetables
• Lukewarm apple tart caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream

Vegetarian Menu

• Luke warm zucchini tartelette with tomato salsa
• Lemon-ricotta ravioli with sauteed artichokes
• Crème brûlée with mango sorbet
