You’re warmly invited to join us for a free networking lunch.  The event is a great opportunity for freshers and new graduates to meet and chat with alumni to hear “what it is really like” to go to the University of Cambridge.

The informal atmosphere allows freshers to meet others doing the same subject or going to the same college and to exchange contacts so that they do not feel so isolated in the first few days of term. Returning undergraduates from previous years do a briefing and answer questions on what to expect and many worries (large and small) get dispelled during the session.

It is also a great opportunity for recent graduates to learn more about the group and meet fellow alumni.

We also welcome freshers from “out of area” if they wish to join us.

This year the lunch is at Christleton Village Hall (3 miles outside Chester). Transport can be arranged from Chester rail or bus station if required.  There is also a number 41 bus which runs from the train station to Christleton.
