This year, we look forward to welcoming guest speakers Anna Stürgkh, MEP (Cambridge) (pending final schedule confirmation) and Barbara Sladek, Founder of Biome Diagnostics (Oxford). We aim to showcase the strengths of both universities and a wide range of disciplines, spanning from the Humanities to the Sciences.

18:30             Pre-Dinner Drinks

19:00             Dinner and Opening Speeches - Please ensure all guests arrive by this time.

21:00             Christmas Carols - Festivities begin from this hour onward.

Dress code: Jacket and tie for gentlemen, with complementary attire for ladies. Please note that this dress code must be strictly observed, as requested by the club.

Menu: A French-inspired buffet dinner with a contemporary twist, accompanied by a selection of drinks included with the meal. Vegetarian options are offered.

Champagne Pol Roger, Brut Réserve, will be served at the Pre-Dinner Drinks, kindly offered by L. Derksen & Co.

Pricing & Payment: The dinner is priced at €80 per person for members (and one guest) and €90 per person for non-members (and additional guests). You also have the option to pay a €20 membership fee for 2024 to access the member’s rate.
