The Society’s Constitution stipulates that a General Meeting should be held triennially. Members are encouraged to attend this important event in the Society’s programme and to remind themselves of the provisions of the Constitution, which may be viewed on the Society’s website (www.camford.org/Constitution.htm).  

The main items on the agenda will be:
1.    a summary of the Society’s activities over the past 3 years 
2.    a financial report
3.    a summary of membership movements over the past 3 years
4.    the appointment of Honorary Secretaries for 2024 - 2027
5.    any other business
