We extend a warm invitation to Members and Guests to attend our May dinner at The International House of Japan in Roppongi, Thursday, 11th May.
We have booked the Kabayama Room, which opens onto IHJ’s renowned garden. We can accommodate up to 50 people for this event. Please refer to the attached PDF booking form for further information.
Please Note: The one-guest-per-member rule applies, except in the case of immediate family members (spouse, children ≥18 years old, parents). The deadline for applications to attend is Friday, 5th May.
Booking information
Dress code: as you like (within reason)
Attendance fee: members 9,000 yen, guests 10,000 yen (Includes seated 4-course dinner and drinks. Payment is required in advance; account details will be sent to those who apply to attend. No refunds for no-shows or cancellations after the closing date; subsidies paid by the Society will be additionally charged.)
