The Cambridge Society of Sussex invites you a lunch gathering at Hangleton Manor.

There will NOT be welcoming drinks on this occasion as this is a Hall & Woodhouse pub and restaurant with a comprehensive range of drinks at the bar, and we believe members would prefer to choose and buy their own.

Lunch will take place in a separate room in the restaurant and will comprise two courses with a choice of three dishes for each course (which must be pre- ordered).

MAINS choice of:
Chicken Schnitzel with Shaved Parmesan, Truffle Oil, Tenderstem Broccoli, House Salad, Fries
Salmon fillet with New Potatoes, Champagne Sauce, Tenderstem Broccoli
Beef Fillet with Peppercorn Sauce, Tenderstem Broccoli, Fries, Onion Rings (with a £10 supplement)

DESSERTS choice of:
Sticky Toffee Pudding with Toffee Sauce & Vanilla Ice Cream
Dark Chocolate Brownie with Dark Chocolate Soil & Vanilla Ice Cream
Spiced Apple Crumble with Crème Anglaise

If you have special dietary requirements or allergies these will be catered for on application.

The Speaker will be our new Secretary/ Membership Secretary Peter Vos who will lead a discussion on future events and visits, expansion of membership, recruitment of younger members, zoom meetings, etc as we plan for the Society’s future.
