The Cambridge Society of Surrey warmly invites new students starting a course at Cambridge this autumn for their Freshers’ Event before the start of term. This is a great opportunity to prepare for university and make new friends before you arrive.

You can expect to meet alumni and recent graduates, from whom you can get tips and advice for living and studying at Cambridge.

Refreshments: soft drinks and a light buffet are included in the entrance fee

Dress code: wear whatever you feel comfortable in

Directions: The hall is five minutes walk from Ashley Centre car park. Turn left from the car park, past back entrances to the shops. Cross Ashley Road and the hall is directly opposite

For those arriving by train, Epsom Railway Station is also a 5 minute walk away
