Henry Bradshaw (1831-1886), former Librarian of Cambridge University Library, is mainly remembered for his contributions to bibliographical scholarship. He was also a prolific book collector with a life-long interest in Irish print, history and literature. This talk from Munby Fellow 2022-23, Dr Nora Moroney, examines the Bradshaw collection and its development throughout the nineteenth century, exploring connections between Ireland and England through Bradshaw’s library-building.
