In a wide-ranging conversation, our panelists will draw on their experiences to explore the nature of leadership in a time of profound change, the lessons they have learned throughout their careers, and the challenges and opportunities awaiting the next generation.

  Meet the panelists:

Arianna Huffington (Girton 1968) is the founder and CEO of Thrive Global, the founder of The Huffington Post, and the author of 15 books, including international bestsellers Thrive and The Sleep Revolution. In 2016, she launched Thrive Global, a behavior change technology company with the mission of improving health outcomes and productivity.

Originally from Greece, she moved to England when she was 17 and graduated from Cambridge University with an M.A. in economics. At 21, she became president of the famed debating society, the Cambridge Union. She has been named to Time Magazine's list of the world’s 100 most influential people and the Forbes Most Powerful Women list.

Blythe Masters (Trinity 1988) is a Founding Partner and Industry Partner at Motive Partners, a private equity and venture capital firm specializing in financial technology. From 2024 to 2026, she served as CEO of FNZ Group, the $2.5 trillion wealth technology platform provider and a Motive Partners portfolio company. She also serves as Chair of J.P. Morgan Securities plc and as a director of enterprise AI provider SymphonyAI.

Prior to joining Motive Partners, Blythe was CEO of Digital Asset Holdings, a leading enterprise blockchain fintech company. Previously, she spent nearly 30 years at J.P. Morgan, where she was a member of the Corporate & Investment Bank Operating Committee and the firmwide Executive Committee. During her career at J.P. Morgan, she held a number of senior leadership roles, including Head of Global Commodities, Head of Corporate & Investment Bank Regulatory Affairs, CFO of the Global Investment Bank, Head of Global Credit Portfolio and Credit Policy and Strategy, and Head of Global Structured Credit.

Blythe has served on numerous public and private company boards, including A.P. Moller–Maersk, GCM Grosvenor, Credit Suisse, Forge, Santander Consumer USA, CAIS and Splitit. Her nonprofit board service has included Susan G. Komen for the Cure, the Breast Cancer Research Foundation and the Global Fund for Women.

She is a graduate and Senior Scholar of Trinity College, Cambridge, where she received a B.A. in Economics.

Sukanya Rajaratnam (Christ’s 1993) is a veteran art dealer based in New York City. She made her career at Mnuchin Gallery, where she was a partner for fifteen years (2008-2023) and curated groundbreaking shows of previously underrecognized artists of color and women. She created markets by launching seminal shows for Ed Clark, Lynne Drexler, Sam Gilliam, Mary Lovelace O’Neal and Alma Thomas, among others, thereby irrevocably changing their critical inclusion in the canon. Her career survey of David Hammons in 2016 remains one of the most comprehensive exhibitions ever mounted on the artist. This was bookended by her most recent show of David Hammons and Jannis Kounnelis, a historical recreation, at White Cube in New York, where she served as Global Director of Strategic Market Initiatives from 2023 to the summer of 2026. 

Embarking on her own recently, Rajaratnam launched Vasari, named after the influential Renaissance art historian. Her mission is to help late career artists and estates shape their legacies and posthumous markets. Born and raised in Sri Lanka, Rajaratnam earned a BA and MA in Economics at Christ's, where she received First Class Honors. She began her career in the Post-War and Contemporary Department at Christe’s in New York. She endowed the Sukanya Rajaratnam Commonwealth Award for women applying for undergraduate studies at Christ’s College in 2023 and serves the college as a Lady Margaret Beaufort Fellow.
