‘Border Crossings - My Journey as an Outsider.’

Bio:
Mohammad Chowdhury is a British–Bangladeshi man who grew up in 1980s London balancing a clash of cultures. Driven by a curiosity to decipher the world he grew up in, Chowdhury has worked in over 80 countries and is a leading expert in digitisation, frequently cited by the BBC, Finacial Times, Australian Financial Review and the Australian. Having lived restlessly across four continents, Mohammad is settled in Melbourne with his Australian wife and two children. 

Mohammad graduated from St Anne's College, Oxford with a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics and then went on to complete an MPhil in Economics and Politics of Development at Clare Hall, Cambridge, before starting an international career in management consulting and working in the connectivity and digital industries.

Seeking to shape Australia’s and other countries’ place in a world that is rapidly going through digitisation, he is the Founder of Long Street Advisors, a consulting and advisory firm serving clients locally and worldwide, and serves on the boards of the Australian Institute for International Affairs (VIC) and UK's Institute for the Future of Work.
 
Since launch in July the book was selected by the Sydney Morning Herald as book of the week, and been covered extensively in the AFR, Australian and ABC radio.
