The Dinner will feature the announcement of the recipients of the COACH Scholarships, recognising academic excellence and leadership, much needed in our current society.

The dinner will be preceded by our Annual General Meeting at 6.00 p.m. where the report of the Committee and plans for the next year will discussed.

Members will remember how much difference it made when they were recognised with any sort of scholarship during their studies, whether for academic or sporting excellence, or otherwise – a small prize can make just the difference to take up an extra sport, extra society, hobby or the like. Therefore, when buying tickets for the dinner, we ask you to consider donating to the COACH Scholarship Fund, to continue this good work. We give out scholarships of ca. £350, supporting students with the most outstanding academic merit, leadership potential (as evidenced by society work or otherwise) and financial need. We are accepting donations via the tax 1% scheme: please consider offering 1% of your (Hungarian) taxes to the C.O.A.C.H. Association (tax number 19167312-1-43) when filing your tax return. We also accept donations by bank transfer. If you cannot participate at the Dinner, a donation to the Scholarship Fund in lieu would be most appropriate.
