She led the industry’s first simultaneous China-global CAR-T development and drove launch readiness for Johnson & Johnson’s first gene therapy, building a distinguished track record in innovative pharmaceutical and advanced therapeutic modalities.
Her cross-cultural career spans R&D, medical, marketing, market access, government affairs and commercial roles across China, Asia Pacific and global markets. She excels at aligning R&D, commercial and manufacturing to scale portfolio growth and end-to-end product launches.
