The Cambridge Society of New South Wales excitedly invites you to a talk this November hosted by Dr Juliette Tobias-Webb!

Dr Juliette Tobias-Webb (Emmanuel '13) will share her journey from almost failing school to earning a scholarship to Cambridge, uncovering powerful lessons along the way. Drawing on her PhD research into gambling, she reveals how environments, not just individual choices, shape behaviour. Dr Juliette will show how these insights have guided her career, from redesigning systems at Commonwealth Bank, to advising global companies, to more recently, shaping responsible, human-centred approaches to AI. This session explores why keeping people at the heart of technology is critical, and looks ahead to the emerging trends at the intersection of psychology and AI that will redefine leadership and trust.
