Autocracy in America: Law and Politics in the Second Trump Administration
Join us for a conversation with James D. Zirin — lawyer, author and talk-show host - to explore the upheavals in American law and politics since the January inauguration of Donald J. Trump.
We’ll discuss Jim’s fascinating career, his take on how the turbulence of the past few years fits into the longer context of American history, and his assessment of the particular challenges and dangers of our current moment - a moment in which venerated legal and political precedents norms seem to be shattered almost daily.
Following the lecture, a reception will be held.
