For members wanting to brave the unpredictable Dutch weather and the winter cold we would like to welcome you to join a walking tour of the light festival artworks.

The Amsterdam Light Festival has been a yearly tradition for several years, lighting the city in the darkest months of the year. Edition 14 is dedicated to the theme of Legacy – both large and small. What will we leave behind? Which stories do we pass on? How do we want to be remembered? Twenty artists from around the world explored these questions.

The walking route is about 6.5km which we will enjoy at a leisurely pace led by a fellow Oxbridge alum with access to the map where the installations are located. At the end of the walk you are welcome to join us for a warm beverage or drink (first drink courtesy of the Oxford & Cambridge Society) to warm up.
