In this talk, by Professor Clemens Kaminski, you will learn about the history of the light microscope, the principles behind state-of the-art techniques, and our efforts to unravel molecular mechanisms of human diseases.

Clemens Kaminski is a Professor of Chemical Physics at the University of Cambridge, where he leads the Department of Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology. His research is dedicated to advancing optical microscope technologies to uncover the roots of diseases such as Alzheimer’s.
